Hippies head for Noah's Ark.

I don't know.  This is hard to believe but you never know. Like I've always said there are strange things in this world.

A rapidly increasing stream of New Age believers – or esoterics, as locals call them – have descended in their camper van-loads on the usually picturesque and tranquil Pyrenean village of Bugarach. They believe that when apocalypse strikes on 21 December this year, the aliens waiting in their spacecraft inside Pic de Bugarach will save all the humans near by and beam them off to the next age.
As the cataclysmic date – which, according to eschatological beliefs and predicted astrological alignments, concludes a 5,125-year cycle in the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar – nears, the goings-on around the peak have become more bizarre and ritualistic.

It was interesting to read.

Investigation of Jesus

I mentioned in a earlier post that after everything that I’ve read about Jesus, I came to the conclusion that Jesus was God. Well tonight I found a site that convinces me that I was right. The investigation conducted by scholars of the Bible, going back to the time that Jesus was on this Earth and His death and Resurrection was documented.

If you're interested go to this site. I found it to be very interesting.

Hypocrites

Hypocrites. That's what I call people that say there is no God or "I don’t believe that there is such a thing as God". Here are a few examples of what I’m talking about and I heard this on quite a few instances.

A mother had two kids playing outside when all of a sudden she hears one kid screaming as if they were in pain. So she quit what she was doing and at the same time saying "oh God now what?" Or "please God help me". Or she gets a phone call with some bad news and when she hangs up she says "what did I ever do to God to deserve this??

God is a good God

Well, my back is holding out, so I'm back, at least for now.

All my life (so far) I've heard most preachers say that if you don’t ask God for forgiveness for your sins that when you die you go straight to hell then you burn and suffer the wrath of God.

I say they are wrong. I think they only say this to scare people into believing that when they die they would go straight to the river of fire. I don’t believe that at all, because that would be torture and from everything that I’ve read about God and what Jesus preached while in this world, God would not torture people and that’s how it would be if they where thrown in a river of fire. I also believe that when you die that your soul is in the grave in a sleep mode and the Spirits that refuses to go to the other side for some reason or other they are the ones that will show themselves to the living.

But when judgement day comes they will not have a choice they will rise up like the others that did not refuse to cross to the other side and be judged.

I also believe that on judgement day the ones that are not fit to join God in heaven will be put to sleep once more and thrown in the lake of fire without feeling any pain of burning because that would be torture and their soul would stop to exist for ever as if they never existed.

Those are my beliefs and understanding by all the things that I’ve read and heard.

God bless you and have a wonderful day.

Out of Commission

It may be a while before I can post again. Not years or months, but perhaps a couple of weeks.  I've hurt my back and it hurts to sit at the computer for more than 5 or 10 minutes or even to move around too much. It bothers me from time to time, and it sure isn't fun when it happens.

But it does go away after a while.  I'm not going away though.

I will post again as soon as I can, but I'm not sure how soon it will be.  But I'll be back when I have a better back.

Still Searching

I have been and still am searching to find something on ghosts, as to why they exist. There are lots of anecdotal evidence and personal accounts by people to prove to me that they do exist.  Many people say that have seen them or heard them, including myself. My own experiences are proof enough, but with so many others claiming the same sort of stories, it just cements my own experience as true.

I have read I don’t know how many books and other peoples' experiences on manifestations of ghosts and yet its being denied by preachers of different religions or cults or whatever you want to call them.

This morning I was determine to find something on that subject but to no avail. I even looked on other blogs that has almost everything on the paranormal, but could not find anything that would answer my question on the existence of ghosts. However, I did come across a blog that receives letters from people that have seen ghosts, gremlins, phantoms etc.  On this blog they have thousands of stories concerning this subject.  I would share the link with you but I seem to have lost it right now.  I will add it when I find it.

I found a site with video that explains about what happens after death. And this site, put out by the Church of God and I thought that it would answer my questions about the paranormal but it didn’t. But it did explained quite a few other things that were of some interest to me.

Here is another site that can be checked out if you believe in ghosts.  It has witnesses as to what happens in these places that are haunted. This site is Haunted Houses.  On this site you will see a map that will tell you of all the haunting that go on in those places and also about other countries including Canada.

Well I’ll keep on searching to see if I can find what I want.

Have a great day.
